Safe browsing for young children!
Not only do I love Zoodles, but my 4 year old loves it as well. You can download it from their website, Zoodles.com, or if you have Google Chrome there is an app for it at their web store HERE. You, as the parent, grandparent, or caregiver, need to set up a parent account. You do get access to their premium parent dashboard for a limited time, and it was neat because it would let you know how much time your kids spent playing what. However, it's not necessary to pay for this service. Once you create the account, you can either click on the desktop shortcut or on the app in Google Chrome to open the program, and it will not be completely full screen, but it does block the browser completely (and the address bar, so they can't accidently type anything or search) and if you click the "X" to close it, you have to type "quit" for it to close. Obviously, that won't stop older kids, but it will stop preschoolers.
Content! It has videos and games from many well known kids' websites, such as nick Jr., Disney, sprout, PBS kids, and one of my favorite websites, starfall.com.
I would highly recommend checking it out!
